Le 20 septembre, Alain Richardson, 1er vice-président de la Collectivité, s'associe à ESS-France-Outremer pour promouvoir l'économie sociale et solidaire à Saint-Martin. Ce projet englobe la création d'une Chambre Territoriale de l'ESS, un soutien aux entreprises de l'ESS, la mise en place d'un Pôle Territorial de Coopération Économique, visant à faire de Saint-Martin un moteur du progrès économique et social.
